Matt
The breakfast had a wide range of reasonably priced food and drinks. The staff were both understanding and exceptional.

Staff were understanding and the hotel was excellent, it had marvellous location down the valley across the tea plantation. Variety of food for breakfast, which was reasonably priced to satisfy everyone. Location: the property was close to the gallery, nature with tea plantation and Munnar, the tea museum or anything else. Btw, spots like Sunset View Point were just close to the hotel too.

Bob
Its location a short way from Sunset View Point was stunning and great. The breakfast spread was satisfactory with a live cooking station for eggs and dishes of both south, as for instance...

Newly renovated brand-new place with marvellous and particularly good location really close to Munnar, the tea museum or anything else, Spice garden and Tea plantation and vast greenery. Courtesy of the staff. Compact room and the staff were extremely polite. Really comfortable stay, as always.
Poorly trained staff!

The rooms are neat and compact and generally offer a balcony and facilities to make tea. The bathroom is tidy, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the staff are amiable.

The stunning views from the room were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The yoga classes, led by an amazing instructor, were a great way to start the day.
Our romantic escape was far from perfect. The room also lacked soundproofing, making it uncomfortable for honeymoon couples.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding tea plantation. The beds were cozy and I had a peaceful sleep. Another plus point was the delicious breakfast that was included in the package.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. The sprawling outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a well-manicured garden area, was the perfect place to relax and soak up the stunning views of the surrounding hills. The Spa centre was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay, where I indulged in a full body massage that was both relaxing and invigorating. The restaurant's special diet menus were also a standout, offering a variety of delicious, healthy options. The private facilities in the well-appointed room were exclusive and made me feel like I was truly in a five-star resort.
While this hotel mostly delivered an impressive experience, I couldn't help but notice the cluttered lighting system in my room. Finding the right switch was a tedious task and often took longer than it should have.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even provided food for my infant son. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast with a wide range of dishes, including northern and southern Indian cuisine, and a live cooking station. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, surrounded by tea plantations and lush greenery.
Nothing, all great.
